INFORMATION about the area
La Manga is approximately 1.5 hours drive from Alicante airport, and 40 min's. from Murcia (San Javier) airport.
The climate is very stable, and it`s good conditions for a swim in Mediterranean sea and Mar Menor.
It is a 20 km strip of land, and the water is clear.
In the area there are restaurants, shopping-center, and bars, (15- 20) pharmacy, dentists and so on.
Marina with possibilities for renting sailboat or speedboat, (with or without guide) etc.
For people who are interested in golf , there is a large variety of choices. 10-15 courses within 1.5 hours drive.
La Manga Club with three 18-hole courses in world-class, a 30 min. drive from the apartment.

Playa Principe is located between the Mediterranean sea and Mar Menor.
The project is nearby the yacht-marina Thomas Maestre on La Manga, and you can choose between the beach out to the Mediterranean sea, on one side of the building, or take a bath in Mar Menor on the other side.
